The pandemic has of course slowed immigration to Canada, but this country has not moved to purposefully block highly skilled workers. Throughout the Trump administration, Canada has tacked in the opposite direction.

Making it easier for the most skilled and educated to choose Canada – and then paving the way to permanent residency and citizenship – has long been a core mission of our immigration system, and it needs to become more so.

Dear common sense Record unemployment in Canada 🇨🇦

Opportunity that will likely be lost because of leadership. Forward thinking not a Liberal forté.

clickbait paywall 🖕

The work business model is changing to a remote environment. Abuses of the visa laws in the US bring about this revamping. You don't need to physically relocate to do the IT work. Call centers where moved to India, remember?

I personally would love to ask my Country Canada to drop out of the UN and build a better border with the USA. That would give us the right to stop illegal refugee trafficking and immigration from that said country.

Keep our Canadian border closed.

Wow, talk about I hate Trump editorial. Your research is wrong about the wall. You stated very little completed 3 miles. TRY 200 miles are up and he is continuing. Fake Editorial. Shame.

CHBA_Legal Pero porque después será de nuevo

You know Canadian companies are salivating at the thought of receiving more cheap foreign workers. Gotta keep those wages nice and low! High skilled migrants might just wait until this blows over. The USD is pretty tempting over the Canadian peso.

Chances of survival after contracting Wuhan Coronavirus is 5.1% in USA. BUT Canada is 8.3% So about that wall, Trudeau has created a Colander Boarder, bringing Virus breeders in this whole time. India is 3.3% chance of death, once contracted Covid.

We know you hate the president. At least now you don’t care showing your true colours to everyone. We see you.

...and it takes its course

Shut down 🇨🇦's border with 🇺🇸!!!!!

Dear Propaganda Mill This is Canada’s choice not Trumps.

Go away 😡

Wexit, just like the Bloc, are symptoms of a communication problem. Whether about language, investments into right sectors, or social issues, all of them need two sides able & willing to communicate respectfully with open minds. If that happens, Wexit & Bloc no longer exist. Sore loser!! rexglacer Canada really needs to be broken up into different nations. I have zero unifying similarities with the leftist regressive voters out east.

Canada defying international human rights obligations by abandoning citizens in Syria, report saysCanada defying international human rights obligations by abandoning citizens in Syria, report saysAt least 47 Canadians are detained in camps, watchdog group says, but Ottawa cites security concerns for its 'extremely limited' ability to act 'That there is now nowhere in Syria that people can go around executing Christians with impunity, and simultaneously now nowhere that the White Helmets can operate, is not the coincidence the mainstream media affect to believe.' When it comes to this guy he can rot over there. They are only not being terrorists because they got caught. Had they not been caught, they would be killing people. They deserve prison. Bring the children home, adopt them out. The others do not fall under the humanitarian umbrella. Let them pay for their choice.
