, the British former socialite and close associate of the late Jeffrey Epstein, was found guilty on five out of six counts related to the abuse and trafficking of underage girls for sex. The conviction came at the end of a 13-day trial that proved to be unusually fast-moving, with many initially predicting it could take as long as six weeks.
The trial, which began on November 29, was brought by four accusers, three of whom—Jane, Kate, and Carolyn—wished to remain anonymous, while the fourth, Annie Farmer, chose to use her full name.
