The Pilgrim Valley Missionary Baptist Church is hosting a free health and wellness fair in North Texas with services from dozens of social service providers.

Participants include the AIDS Outreach Center, the Black Heart Association, Catholic Charities, Don’t Forget to Feed Me Pet Bank, and many more. In addition, residents can participate in a warrant roundup, where people who have outstanding warrants or tickets can meet with a judge without fear of being arrested to resolve the outstanding citation, Branch said.Ciara McCarthy covers health and wellness as part of the Star-Telegram’s Crossroads Lab.
