Revellers who had queued for hours to get into the show at Hampden Park were told their tickets weren't valid and faced missing the long-awaited show.
She added: "People with tickets with barcodes, no QR code, were waiting in lines instructed on the tickets only to be told at the doors that they won't scan and will have to go to the ticket office."Hayley, who preferred to be known by her first name only, told the Record her son had initially been refused entry and had to queue for over an hour after tickets purchased over three years ago for the concert would not scan at the door.
