George Conways mockingly suggests Trump might be 'fibbing' when he claims to not know WikiLeaks
George Conway, attorney and husband to Counselor to the President Kellyanne Conway, mocked President Donald Trump on Thursday for claiming he knows “nothing about WikiLeaks," despite a long history of talking about the group, indlucing those times Trump declared, “I love WikiLeaks” and “I love reading those WikiLeaks.”
“Gosh do you think he’s ... fibbing?,” Conway, who regularly criticizes the president on Twitter, wrote sarcastically. WikiLeaks is an international non-profit organization that publishes confidential information, news leaks, and classified reports, often leaked by anonymous sources.Two years ago at a campaign rally in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, Trump declared “WikiLeaks, I love WikiLeaks.” Between October and November 2016, Trump also reportedly called WikiLeaks a “treasure trove” and said"Boy, I love reading those WikiLeaks.
"I think what the Democrats are doing with the Border is TREASONOUS. Their Open Border mindset is putting our Country at risk. Will not let this happen!" Trump tweeted on Wednesday.
