She is the director of the Yun-Han Opera Troupe and is also a famous figure in Liyue Harbor's opera scene.

While I am not up on all my Genshin lore, between her blue hair and her “clan of exorcists,” it seems like Shenhe could be related to Chongyun. Meanwhile, we have Yun Jin as a famous opera singer. Curiously, both of these characters are from Liyue, so we are heading back there as opposed to staying in Inazuma for new heroes indefinitely.
Genshin is pretty much out of fully unique weapon/element combinations, so we have Shenhe as a 5 star polearm/cryo like 4 star Rosaria, and Yun Jin as a 4 star polearm/geo like 5 star Zhongli, but we don’t know the roles each will have on a team just yet, and we should learn more as we get closer to patch 2.4 in the future.
