In a statement made to TMZ on Tuesday, Ganter’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, says that the entire incident was captured on video and shows that Ganter “did nothing wrong.” “The entire incident between the parties is on video, which I am in the process of providing to law enforcement,” said Holley in the statement. “The video demonstrates clearly that Mr. Ganter did nothing wrong and, instead, tried to de-escalate the situation.”
