The scene of Monday\u0027s fire was \u0022incredibly chaotic and amazing,\u0022 as community members rallied to help residents displaced by the flames.

The cause of the fire, which broke out in a second-floor residential room, is still under investigation, said Vancouver Fire Chief Karen Fry.
