Nationally, gasoline fell 16 cents to an average $4.17 a gallon in the past week. That’s down 66 cents from a month ago but still $1.02 more than a year ago.“As long as oil prices hold at these levels or lower,” he said, “we’ll see another decline in most areas this week.”
