The Galaxy and Los Angeles Football Club has met just once in a one-game knockout tournament and that was in the MLS Cup playoffs.Later this month, the teams will meet in the U.S. Open Cup for the first time. The teams will clash May 25 at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson in the Round of 16 game.The game certainly adds to an already crowded schedule this month for both teams. From Saturday to May 29, the Galaxy now has five games.
