Isaac Lowe believes his title fight with Nick Ball on the undercard of Tyson Fury vs Dillian Whyte will overshadow the main event
Frank WarrenBut Lowe believes he will create fireworks in the ring at Wembley Stadium as the British duo fight for the WBC Silver featherweight title.“I don’t have time to worry about what some keyboard warriors are writing on their Twitter about the undercard.
Ball, the 25-year-old Liverpudlian, is known for his aggressive style and, standing at only 5 feet 2 inches, he likes to get on the inside and throw bombs – but Lowe insists he will not be taking a backwards step.
“I’m well experienced now and I’ve boxed all over the world,” he said. “I was chief support for the George Groves vs Chris Eubank Jr fight and there were about 20,000 fans at the M.E.N Arena there, so I’m confident in my ability. “But, obviously with Wembley, I absolutely love football, so to go to Wembley and to think I’ll be boxing in the middle of the centre circle in front of 90,000 people, it’s going to be a great atmosphere and it’s going to be electric.”Lowe and Ball will be competing for the WBC Silver featherweight belt and Lowe believes that if he comes out on top, a world title shot could be in the not too distant future.
