HOBNOBS has shrunk the number of cream biccies in a pack but kept the price the same — and given a sweet nothings excuse.
Biscuit fans have take to social media to slam the maker of Hobnobs for cutting the number of biscuits from 15 to 12But the shrinkflation has left a bitter taste for biscuit fans, who still have to fork out £1.22 for a pack of Hobnobs Creams.Pladis, which owns McVitie’s who make Hobnobs, said: “We have aligned the pack sizes within the full range, offering a simplified shopping experience for consumers.”In recent months McVitie’s Digestives and Jaffa Cakes have been shrinkflated too.
