Event organizer Karen Lavers had approached Phase II and Friends as the band had played for the same event last year. Gerry Hickey, spokesperson for Phase II and Friends, said the group then decided to invite Rustlers to share the stage. "The members of both groups have known each other for years, so it will be fun to get together and enjoy a great night of music."
