The first of Clarence’s outfits that strayed from the Halloween theme started with a Santa hat half-heartedly thrown on the skeleton residing at 43 Flamingo Dr. last year.This year, however, the Harris family has stepped it up for the holiday season. So the self-taught sewer has put her skills to work, putting together the outfits inspired by her daughter’s ideas.
Katie Hebb saw a giant skeleton at a man’s home in Bridgewater before she moved to Halifax and knew she had to have one.
