Musk threatens legal action against jet tracker for doxing him, then posts the license plate of someone he says was following his son's car
On Wednesday, @ElonJet, was permanently suspended from Twitter, despite Musk previously writing that he would leave the account up to demonstrate his commitment to free speech. @CelebJets and, later on Wednesday, Sweeney himself, were also suspended.
By Wednesday evening, Musk threatened legal action against Sweeney, tweeting that a car carrying Musk’s son, X Æ A-12, had been “followed by [a] crazy stalker” in Los Angeles. “Legal action is being taken against Sweeney & organizations who supported harm to my family,” Musk posted, then shared areported that Sweeney said around 30 of his accounts were suspended, and that he was told he violated rules against platform manipulation and spam.
