Payton Howie will take the Side Stage at 1:45 p.m. and at 3 p.m. an unnamed artist will follow. At 5:15 p.m., Trent Cowie will close out the side stage performances. The fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m. and the park is located at 501 R. E. Vinson Drive in Liberty, Texas. After a two-year hiatus because of the COVID pandemic, the Kingwood Civic Association is back and will host their annual Fourth of July Parade at 10 a.m. beginning at Creekwood Middle School and ending at Kingwood High School.

Lineup for the parade begins at the corner of Rivers Edge and Sandy Forks Drive at 7 a.m. Once this street is filled, lineup will continue onto Haven Brook and Sandy Forks Drive . “They blow smoke over the top of the park and do a patriotic laser show that’s spectacular,” Austin said.
