The FBI on Thursday announced it is offering a reward of up to $40,000 for information about the disappearance of a San Mateo woman who was kidnapped in Mexico four months ago.Tepatitlan, around 5 p.m. on Nov. 29.The family reported her disappearance to the U.S. State Department and spoke with Rep. Jackie Speier and Sen. Alex Padilla.
He noted that when four American’s were kidnapped in the city of Matamoros near the Texas border earlier in March, it received widespread attention.
