“I sold one across the street a couple years ago that was $1.3-million, so that’s double, if not triple, the price of this house, so to find something that’s nice and totally livable at an entry-level price is a total rarity.”Four buyers recognized it deserved more money, but one dug out an extra $26,000.
“All the offers were above asking, and there was one clear winner being so far above the asking price and with a very short condition period.”This two-bedroom houses offer 964 square feet of living space, including two remodelled bathrooms, and an upscale kitchen with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops and appliances.
