A Fort McMurray man has been charged after a bomb threat to the municipality forced police to evacuate the city\u0027s Jubilee Centre and provincial building, and close a section of downtown for most of Monday.
Police say the bomb threat was called into the municipality at 11 a.m. on Nov. 28. Paul Lussier, 60, is charged with uttering threats to damage property, public mischief, conveying false information with the intent to alarm, and mischief to the operation of property. Lussier is scheduled to appear in Fort McMurray provincial court on Nov. 30.
