I get goosebumps thinking about him walking out there in front of 107,000.” Bradley was considered one of the best coordinators in college football during his time. He was also known as a top recruiter, bringing in linebackers like LaVar Arrington, Shane Conlan, Brandon Short and Sean Lee.

When Paterno was fired on Nov. 9, 2011, during the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal, Bradley was named Penn State’s interim head coach. He compiled a 1-3 record, beating Ohio State in Columbus.
