Former Northwestern linebacker Nigel Glover is expected to take an official visit to Ohio State this week after entering the transfer portal earlier this month.
Per a source close to the team, Ohio State plans to host former Northwestern linebacker Nigel Glover on an official visit this week, though exact logistics are still being worked out.
Glover, who entered the transfer portal on July 17 following the fallout of the Northwestern hazing scandal, would be eligible to play this upcoming season because the NCAA allows players to enter the portal for 30 days after a coaching change. A true freshman who was the Wildcats' top-ranked player in their 2023 cycle, Glover still has all four years of eligibility remaining.
The 6-foot-3, 210-pound Clayton, Ohio native took several visits to Ohio State as a recruit but was never formally offered by the Buckeyes.
