An Alabama judge ordered a murder suspect be held without bond after a forensic pathologist testified the victim was alive when he was set on fire.
The ruling came after an Aniah's Law hearing, which allows violent offenders to be held under no bond.
Special Agent Joseph Herman testified the sheriff's office asked them to look into the case in January. Herman testified about statements from witnesses, some who remain confidential at this point. One reported Hill was beating co-defendant Cheyenne Styles at a home in Walker County. Hill's alibi was also questioned. Herman testified an alibi witness told state investigators Hill was not with him.
