In his second major reversal since assuming the position, Housing Minister Paul Calandra walked back the government's decision to expand urban boundaries to allow for more housing development in several municipalities.In yet another major reversal, the Government of Ontario announced on Monday that it will be reversing controversial planned expansions to the urban boundaries of several municipalities — part of its effort to build more homes.
