The Rogerses were inspired to establish the food truck park in 2021 because they’ve owned food trucks in the past and have seen a surge in food truck popularity in recent years. Families flock to the park, Christian said, because the playground and ample seating make it a kid-friendly space."We know that a big part of our popularity is the playground," Marlyn laughed."Parents trying to get a break are here all the time."Adding to the park’s appeal, Christian said, is the fact that the facilities feature fully functioning restrooms.
