A food delivery driver allegedly sexually assaulted a teen while dropping off an order in San Jose by forcing his way into a motel room.
San Jose police identified 21-year-old Sandeep Sandeep, of Sunnyvale, as the suspect who allegedly sexually assaulted a girl in the 1000 block of The Alameda on Saturday.
The suspect accused of carrying out two deadly carjackings in a gym parking lot, is also facing charges for a shooting at a bustling burger restaurant in Oakland that left an innocent bystander wounded, authorities said.He was booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail on charges of intent to commit a sex crime, sexual battery and false imprisonment.
