"Locally dense fog is forecast to persist into this morning before dissipating," the weather agency said. "Visibility may be significantly and suddenly reduced to near zero. Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility."The Rideau Valley Conservation Authority is warning the heavy rain and the mild temperatures will cause water levels to rise.
