A Dallas-based flexible office space firm is working on a new project in North Richland Hills.built a series of coworking and flexible office centers in the Dallas area. The company, which got its start three years ago in Dallas’ Lakewood neighborhood, has since opened seven more locations in the suburbs.
The Caddo facilities offer memberships and rent everything from a single workstation to private offices.Caddo is now planning a large office in North Richland Hills. The more than 40,000-square-foot flexible office space will be on Davis Boulevard, according to planning documents filed with the state. The two-story office space is set to open later this year.
