I got worried when mine came out of the oven more hard than crispy , so in an impromptu effort to remedy that , I took a jar of sun-dried tomatoes with capers and processed them with some fresh basil and some freshly grated Parmesan to make something resembling a pesto and spread that on top of the baked hot flatbread, which proved a great idea.
