“I think for me, a lot was just staying positive all year and making sure I’m coming in and working as hard as I can,” Ciona said. “When I’m working hard and having fun with it, good things are going to happen, then you add the skill work and all the leadership development that I want to get for myself, it all goes together nicely.”
