Durham Region is giving out the first five grants from its Para Sport and Recreation Opportunities Fund.
“Congratulations to these five organizations for being chosen as the first recipients,” said Regional Chair John Henry in a release. “Empowering individuals of all abilities through sport and recreation was a key goal of the 2023 Ontario Parasport Games.
