At the time, the provincial government required the municipality to design a municipal planning strategy for Colchester County. Mills said they're now awaiting their first planning advisory committee meeting, during which the public can ask questions about the project.
"We have a couple of guiding lights here that show us that a broad mix of typology is going to be needed," said Price."That just stands as a test of logic. If you build 3,000 of the same thing, people will get tired of that from a market perspective.
