He must spend the first six months of the sentence in home detention with electronic monitoring, Massachusetts Judge Rya Zobel said.Vandemoer pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit racketeering for arranging bribes of $110,000 and $160,000 to the sailing program and then designating two applicants, who had no sailing experience, as sailing recruits, according to his criminal complaint.
