According to a witness who contacted Postmedia Wednesday morning, people staying at the Hilton Garden Inn on 4th Avenue were evacuated around 3:30 a.m. “Then we were told it was safe to come back inside,” said Ashvin Punnyamurthi in the email. “Huge thanks to the first responders and firefighters who are working hard to get this under control.”Article content
