BREAKING: Crews are at the scene of a fire at an auto shop near 35th Avenue and Union Hills Road in north Phoenix.
The fire on Feb. 16 sent a large black plume of smoke into the air. Phoenix Fire says crews responded at 2 p.m. for reports of a car fire that spread to a Firestone Auto Shop.
"Firefighters arrived and found heavy fire and smoke coming from the roof of the building," Capt. Todd Keller said. "Crews operated in a defensive strategy, extinguishing the flames from an elevated position."The cause of the fire is unknown at this time. No injuries were reported.Image 1 of 8
