Ralphie has gained internet fame for being adopted and then returned three times due to his 'demon' behavior.
A rowdy dog,, is starting to make improvements with training.
"We're told he's learning some impulse control around vacuums and brooms and they're working on his reactivity in his crate," the shelter posted on its Facebook page. "He has really great basic obedience skills which have made training easier." "We don't actually have too many nice things to say so we're just going to come out with it," the shelter wrote on its Facebook page. "He's a whole jerk- not even half. Everything belongs to him. If you dare test his ability to possess THE things, wrath will ensue. If you show a moment of weakness, prepare to be exploited. Sounds fun, huh?"
In a previous post from the shelter, organizers said Ralphie was returned less than two weeks after being adopted.
