In fact, when he made his usual radio appearance Friday, the Dallas Cowboys owner all but confirmed the colorful words he chose.
The lone exception is Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay, who stated the obvious when he told reporters at the league meetings in New York that he believes “there’s merit to removing as owner.”The question is if anyone in charge besides Irsay ever will be willing to do anything about it. Per ESPN’s story, when Jones made his “don’t with me” remark, it was about a completely different topic. Reportedly, it concerned a disagreement about a proposal for commissioner Roger Goodell’s new contract.
In 2020, the Post cited claims by more than a dozen women who worked for the organization that they had been subjected to abusive behavior over the course of more than a decade. In July 2021, the league fined Snyder $10 million, with Goodell saying an investigation found “bullying and intimidation frequently took place and many described the culture as one of fear, and numerous female employees reported having experienced sexual harassment and a general lack of respect in the workplace.
