The Canadian Merchant Service Guild and Newfoundland and Labrador have ratified a five-year agreement. The new agreement includes wage increases, a one-time employee recognition bonus of $2,000 and salary adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
It will also update employee allowances and leave provisions, in line with other collective agreements.
