Here’s a look at the drug and how it’s used:— Health Canada says fentanyl is 20 to 40 times more potent than heroin and up to 100 times more potent than morphine. — It was introduced in the 1960s as an intravenous anesthetic, according to the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.Poilievre would impose life sentences for trafficking over 40 mg of fentanyl
