Appearing before the House Committee on Foreign Affairs on March 24, Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly said the government takes allegations of genocide 'very seriously,' and she looks forward to reading the report coming from UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet, who will be visiting China in May.
