CLEVELAND, Ohio — Fourteen Northeast Ohio residents are facing federal charges after they were accused of being part of a drug-trafficking ring that sold fentanyl, cocaine and crack cocaine.
Each person is charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance and distribution of controlled substances, prosecutors say. The defendants are accused of using cell phones and coded language to disguise their trafficking activities, prosecutors say.
