Republican Gov. Spencer Cox said he was disappointed in the court's decision and was aware it could be a long battle, but said it “is a battle worth waging,” due to the harm that social media is causing children. NetChoice has obtained injunctions temporarily halting similar social media limitation laws in California, Arkansas, Ohio, Mississippi and Texas, the organization said.
