St. Louis Fed President James Bullard said Friday that monetary policy seems "a little tight," but said he wasn't pushing for a quick policy change. In an interview on CNBC, Bullard said he was willing to be patient as there has been a "sea-change" in policy since early January, when the Fed lowered the expected future path of short-term rates, and this has brought down the yield on the 10-year Treasury note.
