Action News Jax Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh is tracking sunshine and temperatures in the low 80s this afternoon.
Humidity is still low, so the ‘feels-like’ temperatures aren’t hotter than the air temperature, and night-time lows fall into the 50s and 60s.
Wednesday is when we’ll begin to challenge record highs. The 2019 record is 87 degrees. Thursday’s record of 85 degrees was set in 1962.
