Former NFL star quarterback Brett Favre said the United States"was in better shape" during the Trump administration.
Favre noted he does not agree with"everything Donald Trump does or says" but that he appreciated how the former president stood by the public. The former Green Bay Packers quarterback also said,"Some things we're allowing in this country are beyond belief," particularly noting the debate surrounding transgender people's rights.
Favre suggested that too many athletes are afraid to speak out against policies paving the way for biological males who identify as transgender females to participate in women's sports.
