Moises Rodriguez, 34, was arrested Thursday morning in connection with the death of his 2-month-old son who died from blunt force trauma, according to an affidavit supporting his arrest.SAN ANTONIO — The father of a 2-month-old boy who died in mid-October was arrested Thursday morning in connection with the baby’s death, which was attributed to blunt force trauma.
Rodriguez was taking care of the infant on the night of Oct. 17 while the mother went to a gym, according to an affidavit supporting the father’s arrest. When Rodriguez noticed the infant wasn’t breathing properly, he began performing CPR, he told police. And he immediately called the baby’s mother.
