Nearly five years earlier, his father was fatally shot at another Birmingham gas station. A man was gunned down Sunday, March 26, 2023, at the Circle K on Tallapoosa Street in what police said appeared to be an ambush.when he was killed Oct. 14, 2018, outside M & N Groceries.
