The only other player on the roster who surpassed 100 targets was tight end Mike Gesicki with 112. McDaniel ran an offense in San Francisco that passed the ball 101 fewer times than the Dolphins last season. It’s tough to imagine Waddle repeating the usage from his impressive rookie season with Hill healthy.
