The last confirmed sighting of Richard Graham, 42, was the morning of July 30.
THUNDER BAY – The family of Richard Graham is offering a $3,000 reward for information that helps locate the 42-year-old man, who has been missing for 87 days.
She described her son as a person of many talents saying Richard can sing and build anything; he’s loving and his smile is “award-winning.”Graham’s cousin, Rylie Isaacs, said the family is offering the reward independent of the Thunder Bay Police Service. The last confirmed sighting of Graham was the morning of July 30. He was seen boarding a city bus on Cumberland Street. It’s unknown where he exited the bus.
He is described as a white male, about five-foot-six with a slim build. He has medium-length red hair and a red beard with hazel eyes. “But we are encouraging people to be brave, be bold, come forward, share information,” she said. “We need to protect marginalized people, people with mental illness or addiction. Come together as a community, be brave and come get this reward money.The family will continue their search for Graham and the police investigation is ongoing.
