The Belfast family's luggage had gone missing after they arrived and returned from their holiday
A Belfast family say their first holiday in three years turned into a nightmare after their luggage was lost twice by their airline.
Two of the bags were eventually brought to them during the week, but as they arrived home on Saturday, July 9, they were told once again that their luggage would not be at the airport and was missing.Speaking to Belfast Live, Laura Maguire said: "I work with the NHS and over the past three years I have not been able to take any time off for a holiday with my family and we were all looking forward to our trip.
"Once we arrived in Venice we were not even off of the plane when we were told that our luggage was missing and we spent hours trying to report this properly at the airport while we waited for my husband to arrive, who also did not have any luggage.
