THUNDER BAY — As a retired nurse, Barbara Andros knows the importance of preventing falls as a senior citizen.

“I always like to keep informed of the new tips that are out there. And I really enjoyed getting to meet new people here. The presentations are really good because you can ask questions and get good answers and can give you direction. The trio talked about osteopenia and osteoporosis, both bone diseases, went over ways to improve bone health and discussed how to prevent falls.
